The goal of my appointment was to reroute my existing sprinkler system to accommodate an expansion to our patio. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and the tech was even earlier than our appointment. We were given a quote that seemed in line with comparable work done by the same company about a year ago. Work started and I was informed that half of the work necessary was going to cost $200 more than the original estimate. At which point I told them to finish the work started and not continue. They were able to bring me down close to the original estimate, but again for only half of the work. We now cannot complete the project we had planned. The tech was communicative about the price, but I’m under impressed with the cost and the overall increase in price for a similar job just a year ago.

We had Andy’s Sprinkler out to check out our system, so we would be ready for the Summer. I’m glad we did, because we had 3 leaks and several bad heads that weren’t working properly. Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful! System works great now.

Harrison did a great job on our system checkup! He was thorough evaluating our system. He identified a couple of minor problems; explained the issues, made recommendations and discussed options. In addition he did some education about watering needs during the changing seasons. I would like to request him to be our technician going forward.

I highly recommend Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage & Lighting! Travis Lumsden & his coworker, (I didn’t hear the coworker’s name), arrived a few minutes early. We discussed my concerns & issues. They went immediately to work. I had water standing from a suspected broken pipe, I thought. They dug up the hole, carefully placing the grass aside. They found a leaking valve. Replaced it & put the mud & grass back very neatly. After running their inspection on my stations, we discussed their recommendations & action plan. They replaced some heads, added a few extenders & moved one extended head to a different location for better coverage. They were amazing! They respected my property, being careful not to damage any plants in my flowerbeds. They cleaned up any mud created from their work! These two young men were awesome. Andy’s should be very proud of them & should probably give them a raise. I have never had any type of technician from any company be as thorough & neat as these two. And furthermore, I called Travis with a concern. They were nearby and stopped by after their appointment after me. He answered my concern with kindness & respect! This level of service & satisfaction is seldom seen by consumers. Thank you for employing such amazing young men! I am an Andy’s customer forever!

Harrison did a great job diagnosing findings on my sprinkler systems today. He also went above and beyond suggesting recommendations and explaining each of their pros and cons. He showed me how to check my sprinkler systems after each lawn service because I had some broken nozzles that was most likely caused by mowing. I am so glad that I had a great experience with him. He was very transparent. I really appreciate his help today.

Full system inspection, found 1 leaking head in parkway and 1 stuck up head in front yard. Also replaced and raised one rotor in backyard for customer.
Did system check up, customer had some concerns about zones 5 & 7 however upon inspection we saw everything is getting good head to head coverage.
This customer had severe wiring issues and valves needing to be replaced. Finally have irrigation system functioning properly.
